Once a scholar in his old home he felt the impending doom of a catastrophe and tried to save as many of his people as he could, but his pleads went unheard. He is one of the only survivors of the end of the 13th shard, along with Unukalhai and Cyella, though he will not tell anyone about his past.Due to him summoning a portal to another world he managed to escape, though he could not find his way out of the portal and therefore lost track of time, trying to escape. As he found a track of aether he finally managed to follow and escape, waking up in the Source and without anywhere to go.Lucien decided to abandon his old occupation as a scholar and instead chose to pick up an axe and join the marauders guild in Limsa Lominsa, soon being picked up by Jacke and joining the rogues guild as well. He established a very aloof demeanour, asking women out just to get them to join him for the night, but never settling and falling in love. His heart has slowly turned to stone upon realization that his once beloved home was gone forever and with it his fiancée.Lucien suffers from Insomnia and nightmares once he is actually asleep. He tends to keep his distance from others and doesn't want to get too close with anyone, fearing he might lose them again to either him failing to protect them or some other catastrophe. His inner turmoil is concealed by his "fuckboy" personality, though in reality he cares a lot about people he likes. He overall doesn't make a big deal of his sexuality, liking women as well as men.

Sebastién de Duraveau

Qahnaarin de Duraveaus older brother was always set to take over Duraveau manor in Ishgard once his father, Celestin, steps back as matriarch. Due to his sister deciding to go adventuring through Eorzea he made the decision to follow her and become a Whitemage to protect her. He is one of those people who tend to get very overprotective and would do anything to see her save and sound. His sister also tends to get into trouble quite a lot, which makes him even more anxious when she's not within sight.Following his sister through Eorzea he discovers his talent for Astrology and changes professions soon after. Back in Ishgard he starts studying under Leveva, the cards soon showing him that his path is a different one than that of Qahnaarin. Trusting the view of the future he stays in Ishgard, only contacting his sister here and there to get an update on how she is faring.Though he doesn't quite realize it at first, Sebastién is indeed bisexual, though he doesn't have that much experience due to his upbringing. He is quite religious, but doesn't really make a big deal out of it. With Aymeric changing Ishgard more and more he also sees the change in people, him following the new way of his birthplace.

T'Yasha Ven

Once a member of the Miqo'te T-tribe Yasha left just two years after her older sister vanished. Thanks to the rough upbringing due to the tribes traditions Yashas sister fled the clan, leaving her in the care of her mother and aunt, which didn't treat her better at all. The T-tribe was used to being secluded, most women in the clan being brought up as warriors to defend the Nunh. Yasha, knowing nothing of the outside world, but hating how she was treated to become a warrior, decided to follow her sisters steps and leave the tribe, eventually becoming an outcast and then travelling the world to find her sibling. She picked the lance up in Gridania and became a Dragoon along the way, her ambitions high to find her sister, from which she doesn't know where she actually is.Yasha is extremely curious about the world and tends to ask questions that seem obvious to others. She didn't meet anyone else while she was living with the T-tribe, so she has very few friends, Qahnaarin Duraveau and Artemis Saturn counting to her closest ones, since they picked her up and took care of her.The Miqo'te likes to keep things to herself, apart from her obvious crush on Oboro. She is easily flustered and hates when someone touches her ears without permission since she got pulled by her ears when she didn't want to listen to her mother or aunt, hence why she is very sensitive in that area. She also doesn't talk much about her tribe-life because she actually wants to forget about it and the bad treatment she received from a very young age on.

Makerah Vriaire

Makerah, the Blind, as she is known in the archers guild of Gridania, is actually a purebred dragon, using her shapeshifting ability to blend in with other people. She hatched from an egg in the Dravanian Forelands, taken there by her mother Tiamat before she was captured. She spent her early years as a dragonling in the Anyx Trine under the supervision of Vidofnir, however she wanted to find her father when she heard stories about him. Though she knew that she wouldn't be able to travel the world as a full-grown dragon, so she decided to use her shapeshifting ability to achieve an appearance just like the races of Eorzea. She was most interested in Miqo'te travellers, trying to mimic their appearance, though the transformation kind of failed in a way. She lost her eyesight as a tribute to the ability, yet kept the scales. Unfortunately she also lost the memory of her father and therefore her purpose. Wandering merchants found the now blind girl in the Forelands, taking her to Tailfeather and raising her. Makerah took their last name as her own, hence why she is using Makerah Vriaire as her full name.Despite having the appearance of a Miqo'ra - a mix between Miqo'te and Au Ra - her blood makes her a dragon and once she enters the Coils of Bahamut and finds her father she loses control of herself and transforms in her dragon form, which resembles Bahamut. If she loses control, the only way to bring her back is to fight her and seal her powers again.Makerah, or Maki as she is called by her few friends, doesn't have any preferences in romantic relationships, and shows almost no interest in having a partner, though after finding her father she grows more aware that she might lose control again if she is not careful, making it both reasonable and dangerous for her to actually have a partner.

Kaishan Oronir

For Kaishan leaving the Azim Steppe, his home, was a big step in becoming the adventurer he is now. Deciding to leave the Far East and actually board a ship to Limsa Lominsa, he never thought he would
1) step out of his half-brother Magnais shadow
and 2) meet the woman of his dreams, his Nhaama Sumire. They were aboard the ship to Limsa together, got to talk and then things went on from there. They became partners and eventually fell for each other, resulting in them (or more Sumire) getting a house in the Mist and moving in together. They still are partners while doing missions together and with Kai being a Marauder and Sumire being a Scholar they are the ultimate tank-healer combo.Despite growing up on the Dawn Throne Kai had a good childhood. He was trained by the older Oronir to become a warrior, not knowing that his father was actually Magnais father too, who had an affair with Kaishans mother. The 5-year age gap between the half-brothers doesn't help the situation and Kai is usually the one trying to make fun of Magnai for not having a Nhaama yet, while he managed to find the love of his life already. It is only a matter of time before their axes clash and a fight between them will errupt.Kaishan is fully devoted to his girlfriend Sumire, going as far as taking hits for her if she is in danger. He is always between enemies and her, making sure that she won't get hurt. Which only results in her spending time patching up his wounds, but Kai is much too happy with her to let anything harm her. He'd even go against every man who would want to lay a hand on his Nhaama.

When Callista bas Carvus joined the Garlean military she didn't think there'd ever be a chance for her to climb the ranks. She was the daughter of a Garlean merchant, a very proud citizen of the imperial capital, yet she managed to overcome her own set constraints and acquire the title rem, becoming a Tribunus Militum in Noah van Gabranths 4th imperial legion.She is a cold and calculating person, always weighing the gains against the losses and mostly decides on what's best for herself rather than her legion. She served in the 4th legion before Noah van Gabranth, but only became a Tribunus when he took over. She joined the war against the Bozjan rebellion, retreating to Zadnor before being sent somewhere else to gather intel on the Eorzean Alliance. She acts as a spy for the Garlean Empire, hiding her third eye when she is not in Garlemald, to make it seem she is a normal citizen.Callista is on par with Yotsuyu goe Brutus regarding cruelty. She always found the Doman rather admirable and what she did made her smile more than her own accomplishments sometimes. Thanks to her ruthless, cunning and mysterious nature, Callista earned the title Garlean Witch and often uses it to intimidate her enemies. If that does not work however, she sometimes even resorts to seduction to get what she wants.

When Senator Laetus of Garlemald welcomed his first - and only - daughter, he didn't know that she'd grow up to be the most powerful woman the nation would ever see. Concordia was a very weak child and often suffered from sickness due to a poor immune system, though thanks to the money the Laetus-family had it was possible to treat little Concordia so she could grow up to be a well-behaved and brave girl.In her early years she visited the senate of Garlemald quite often with her father and mother, catching glimpses at the daily life of her fathers debates and she soon decided that she would walk in her fathers footsteps once she was old enough. However, it wouldn't work out that way since a certain man came into her life and her involvement in politics turned out to be from a higher position than a senator.Concordia fell in love with Solus when she just came of age, still fairly young, but old enough to get married. Her health had improved thanks to the continued treatment by the Garlean scientists and doctors and so she married the man who would become known as Emperor Solus zos Galvus. Concordia took his name and therefore became the leading woman of Garlemald, the Empress by his side.During her marriage with Solus she birthed his children and helped her daughter-in-law give birth to her grandson Varis. She was involved in politics to the best of her ability, known as a friendly and careful person, always trying her best to be the connection between citizens and the throne.By the time she died the shard of Azem reunited with the other shards, leaving the former empress of Garlemald without a soul. How she came back though is a mystery. Unbeknownst to her she was part of further research in the Garlean labs, which could have something to do with her return, despite not being a shard of Azem anymore.

Arnas, born to Veena parents, was abandoned by them and found by his adoptive parents near the village of Sjasaris, a Rava-village on the continent of Othard. As he was still a baby he doesn't remember his biological parents and considers his adoptive mothers his real parents.When he was brought into the village he was, like most young Viera, indistinguishable from the females and therefore lived with his mothers until he came of age. The males took him with them, but not without Arnas promising that he'd come back to visit them again sometime.With the males he received training as a guardian for the village, and he turned out to be especially skilled with scythes and guns. He trained with lances first, but decided to go with guns once he left the males to see the world. Upon encountering some Garleans wielding scythes that formed pacts with voidsent he picked up the art of the reaper, proving that he can excel at ranged as well as close combat.However, his life soon changed when he encountered a Kitsune. Fighting the spirit neither could win, yet Arnas was too weakened to stop the Kitsune from entering his body. The spirit took residence in his mind, though its abilities are limited thanks to Arnas' strong will. The only remainder of its presence are the red left eye, the scar underneath it as well as the white and red haircolour and the red marks around his eyes. Arnas is still the same despite the Kitsune being there and he sometimes feeds off its power when shooting enemies or slashing them with his scythe.Growing up with two mothers Arnas learned to love people for who they are. He's witty and sometimes an asshole, but he has a good heart and cares for his friends. Regarding his love life he prefers males.
